Both projectors use the latest generation of Epson 3LCD (three LCD panels) technology for more natural colors and intense, sharper images. Both projectors have XGA (1024 x 768)resolution. The projectors higher brightnesses of 2,600 ANSI lumens and 2,,200 ANSI lumens for the 822p and 77c respectively well suited to education and business environments. The energy efficient and long life (up to 4,000 hrs) E-TORL lamps are appealing.

• for flexible positioning the projector comes with a 1.2x zoom lens
