Viewsonic Announces Five New DLP Projectors - PJ557D, PJ559D, PJ560D, PJ551D and PJ260DSomething that is striking with Viewsonic’s new DLP projectors specifications is the longer than usual three year warranty and the exceptionally long one year lamp warranty (four times the standard 90 days). Given that Viewsonic also advertises a long 4,000 hour lamp life, it offers a potential purchaser cost over life reductions and peace of mind.
In releasing five new models, ViewSonic seems to want to push on with its reported position, by Decision Tree Consulting Worldwide, of the fastest growing projector brand in the market in the first half of 2007.
