Pioneer’s Elite KURO PRO-1FD series is the premium version of the Pioneer KURO PDP-20FD series. Both series share the same black level performance and other specification details apart from some additional picture calibration options available with the Elite KURO PRO-1FD series. This makes this series ISFccc calibration ready for both daytime and night time viewing by professional calibrators.

Independent Gamma Control (R/G/B)
New External Color Sensor + Room Light Sensor

Sensor automatically adjusts the picture brightness and/or coloring for best image quality possible for the viewing environment based on the information collected at the Room Light Sensor and Color Sensor. Bright rooms require stronger coloring so images appear crisp while dimly lit rooms allow the picture to use more subtle coloring.
