LG LH85 1080p LCD HDTV with Wireless Connectivity Review

LG’s LH85 1080p LCD HDTV series is one of its premium LCD series which utilize a conventional CCFL backlight. The LH85 models differs little from the LH50 series or LH55 with those models having NetCast and 240Hz TruMotion Drive as differentiators instead of Wireless Connectivity. LH85 models have 120Hz TruMotion Drive rather than the 240Hz of the LH55. The LH85 series delivers good image quality for a more affordable price than a higher performance Plasma or LED LCD HDTV. Underlying the good picture performance is a high dynamic contrast ratio of 80,000:1.

LG LH85 Wireless Connectivity

LG’s wireless connectivity provides the flexibility to separate a HDTV from AV sources such as DVD players, games consoles and cable boxes. Everything is connected to a Media Box which will wirelessly transmit Full HD (1080p) video to your your LH85 LCD HDTV. The only connection to the HDTV is the power supply cable.
