LG’s LK520 LCD HDTV series brings all the rich details of Full HD (1080p) in three models; the 42 inch 42LK520, 37 inch 37LK520 and 32 inch 32LK520. Other headline features are; 120Hz TruMotion for fast action blur reduction, LG’s Intelligent Sensor’s energy savings, Picture Wizard II for guided self-calibration, ISFccc Ready for professional day and night viewing calibration and ENERGY STAR qualification confirmation of energy efficiency.

LG LK520 Series 120 Hz LCD 1080P HDTV

120Hz TruMotion

For minimization of any motion blurring the LK520 models have a higher refresh rate of 120 Hz. A higher refresh rate smooths out fast moving on-screen motion and combats any smearing or blurring of fast moving picture elements as common to sports broadcasts and action movies.

The LG LK520 Series is identical to the recently reviewed LK450 series apart from the addition of 120Hz TruMotion. Read the LG LK450 review for a full coverage of other features.
