LH40 Full HD 1080p LCD HDTV Review LG’s LH40 Full HD 1080p LCD HDTV series offers three primary additional features over its recently reviewed, lesser featured LH30 sibling; TruMotion 120Hz for motion blur reduction, USB 2.0 for access to digital music and photos (MP3, JPEG) as well as Intelligent Sensor for energy saving through backlight control. Improved performance includes a very fast 2.7 ms response time (vs 5ms for LG entry models LH30 and LH20) for sharper on screen motion. Contrast ratio is one of the underlying foundations for picture quality and the LG LH40 has an excellent dynamic contrast ratio of 70,000:1.
