 Philips Series 5000 Full HD (1080p) LCD HDTV includes three models with Internet connectivity in the form of Philips NetTV; the 55 inch 55PFL5705D/F7, 46 inch 46PFL5705D/F7 and the 40 inch 40PFL5705D/F7. The other three models of matching sizes, the 55PFL5505D/F7, 46PFL5505D/F7 and 40PFL5505D/F7 do not have this feature and the associated Ethernet port required. In addition to the real life detail of Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), the Philips series 5000 models have a very fast 240Hz Clear LCD (frequency) for motion blur removal, a comparatively fast LCD pixel response time for motion sharpness, Philips Pixel Precise HD video processor, SRS TruSurround HD virtual surround sound and finally an Energy Star rating indicating lower power costs.
 Philips LED LCD HDTV Series 7000 includes three models with Internet connectivity in the form of Philips NetTV, the 55 inch 55PFL7705D/F7, 46 inch 46PFL7705D/F7 and the 40 inch 40PFL7705D/F7.  The LG LE5400 series of Full HD (1080p) LED LCD HDTVs has all the advantages that come with full array LED backlighting including a huge dynamic contrast ratio of 4 million:1. This HDTV has an Ethernet connection for Internet sourced entertainment opportunities presented by LG’s NetCast Entertainment Access. It has the capability to shift the family from scheduled viewing to on demanding which allows entertainment to fit around family activities rather than interrupting them.  LG’s LD550 1080p LCD HDTV series has all the premium features of the LG flagship LX6500 series apart from LED backlighting and 3D playback capability. Wireless 1080p, MyMedia and DLNA compatibility vastly expand the ease with which content can be accessed and Netcast Entertainment has the capability to break a long standing paradigm and deliver entertainment on demand rather than as scheduled.  The Toshiba UX600U series is another premium featured, competitively priced LED LCD HDTV which should make an impact in shifting Toshiba LCD HDTVs further up the bestseller lists. Compared side-by-side with other leading brands they display an equally impressive picture which is supported by LED backlighting. The UX600U models deliver when it comes to content access coming with a Wi-Fi adapter, customized Internet access to a wide range of services with Toshiba’s Net TV, DLNA network access to digital content stored on PCs and other network attached DLNA compatible devices and HDMI interactive connectivity to A/V components.
